1. After sales service commitment
Our company's product quality policy is to promote management, produce high-quality products, and provide high-quality services. Satisfy users' needs with high-quality products. For many years, we have adhered to this principle and gained the trust of a large number of users. Therefore, our company makes the following commitments to product quality and after-sales service:
1. Pre sales service
(1) Enthusiastically receive user visits and promptly handle user calls, letters, faxes, and other inquiries.
(2) During the user selection stage, users are welcome to visit our company for inspection. Our company is willing to provide technical information related to the product, and provide various technical consultations and answer user questions in a timely manner. If users need it, our company will assist users who are not familiar with the product in selecting the most suitable product, correct specifications, and models.
2. In sales service
(1) After the contract is signed and takes effect, users are welcome to visit our company for inspection and supervision. Our company will actively cooperate and provide convenience for the inspection and supervision personnel in terms of work and life. Our company will actively adopt and take timely improvement measures for the reasonable opinions on the manufacturing quality of electrical products put forward by the dispatched personnel of users.
(2) Organize production in strict accordance with the contract technical requirements and relevant national Standards organization, ensure quality and quantity, and deliver on schedule.
(3) Before the product leaves the factory, according to user requirements, notify users to send personnel to participate in the inspection together. Our company will provide convenience for the personnel sent by users in terms of life and work, and can provide free training for users.
(4) Before the product is shipped, our company will notify the user and provide them with detailed technical information about the product, including sample information, product quality certificate, factory inspection report, shipping list, installation and operation instructions, and relevant documents for equipment maintenance and upkeep.
(5) When shipping goods, they can be picked up by the user or transported by our company according to the user's requirements. If the goods are damaged or damaged due to our transportation reasons, our company will dispatch personnel to handle them in a timely manner until the user is satisfied.
(6) The goods are shipped to the user's site. If requested by the user, our company will send personnel to jointly participate in the acceptance inspection. At the same time, we will provide free training for the user on the installation, use, maintenance, and other knowledge of electrical equipment.
(7) If the user requests early supply due to tight schedule or other special circumstances, our company will handle the urgent needs of the user, prioritize production, and make every effort to meet the user's requirements.
3. After sales service
(1) Our company implements a 24-hour after-sales service system, which means that upon receiving a notice from the user requesting after-sales service, we guarantee to respond within 3 hours and send dedicated technical personnel to the site within 24 hours to troubleshoot equipment faults
(2) Our company provides the manufacturer's quality inspection certificate, qualification certificate, and other relevant materials for the selected materials and main accessories, and is responsible for them for life. If there are any quality problems or issues with the products during the reasonable use period (for the parts that have not expired or within 36 months after repair or exchange), after confirmation by both parties, it is our company's responsibility. Our company is responsible for free and proper handling, exchange, or return.
